These Terms of Service govern your use of thekidsaura.com and any purchase you make from us. Kids Aura ("we", "us", "our") operates this store from Faisalabad, Pakistan. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Our products are made for children, but our store is intended for use by adults.

Your account

You don't need an account to order, but if you create one you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Products, colours and sizing

We photograph our products carefully, but screens vary. The colour you see on your phone or laptop may differ slightly from the fabric in person. Small variations in shade, print placement and finish are normal in clothing and are not defects.

Sizes are given by age range as a guide only. Children of the same age vary a great deal, so please check the measurements on the product page rather than relying on the age label alone. A size that doesn't fit is not a fault — but you can return it under our Refund Policy, and we pay the return courier.

Stock levels change quickly. Showing an item on the site is not a guarantee that it is available.

Product safety

Please check garments before use, particularly for infants and toddlers. Remove any loose buttons, ties or decorative pieces before a child wears the item unsupervised, and follow the care instructions on the label. Children should be supervised when wearing clothing with drawstrings, hoods or attached accessories.

Prices and pricing errors

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We can change prices at any time before you place an order.

Occasionally a price may be listed incorrectly. If we discover that an item was shown at the wrong price after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer either to fulfil the order at the correct price or to cancel it and refund you in full. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price. Where an error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the order even after it has been confirmed.

Where an item is shown with a struck-through comparison price, that figure is our regular list price for the item and not necessarily a price at which it has previously sold.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation message acknowledges that we've received it, but the contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, where the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot verify your details, we suspect fraud or resale, or the delivery address is outside our service area. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment and Cash on Delivery

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. For COD orders, payment is collected by the courier on delivery.

Please only place a COD order if you intend to accept it. Refused parcels cost us both the outbound and return courier charges. We may disable Cash on Delivery for customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries and ask them to prepay instead.

Delivery and returns

Delivery charges, dispatch times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which gives you 7 days from delivery and covers the cost of the return courier.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and on the items stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say so. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time. We may cancel orders where a code has been misused, shared publicly without permission, or used in a way it was not intended.

Our content

The photographs, text, designs, logos and layout on this site belong to Kids Aura or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially — including to list our products on another store or marketplace — without our written consent.

Content you post

If you submit a review, photo, comment or message, you keep ownership of it but give us permission to display and use it in connection with our store and marketing. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or harvest data, place fraudulent or automated orders, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access where we believe the site is being misused.

Third-party links and services

Our site runs on Shopify and links to other services such as payment providers, couriers and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the store available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw parts of it for maintenance or other reasons without notice.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind what we sell. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example lost profits, lost opportunity, or costs arising from a delivery arriving later than estimated. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, floods, power or internet outages, public holidays, or government action.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them or from an order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly on WhatsApp.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
